Have been here before, but a while ago. Why did I leave it so long!! Visited today- The lady who done my pedicure was so lovely and made me feel relaxed. Will definitely have regular visits from now on : I recommend this Nail Salon.

Recently got a shellac medi and it lasted over 2 weeks. Great quality and good service all round

i did have to wait but thats just how a lotta nail shops that dont do business as an individual has been in london in my experience so i dont mind. the lady took my nails off beautifully have never had someone be so gentle with them before. many other places refused to take them off cuz i got them done in turkey and they werent the ones that took it off so i was very appreciative

Terrible customer service, prioritise walkins and ignore you when asking why my booking is delayed by 20 minutes. Not only me, another customer walked out too.

The service is horrible and they left my nails crooked and uneven and refused to redo them. Do not recommend at all

Despite booking an appt, I had to wait for 25-30 mins till I almost have up and booked an appt elsewhere. They continued to accept walk-ins and attend to other customers who walked in in any order even those who arrived after me without a booking. They shaved off my natural nails with a machine making it extremely weak. Would definitely not recommend as their service has been deteriorating over time and they don't seem to care clearly.

I loved coming here but yesterday I came to get a mani and pedi before going away. I’ve been growing my natural nails and keeping them really happy. The first thing the woman did was shave down with a machine my natural nails. They have felt weird and sore ever since. They’re now weak and scratched and I am so upset after ages of growing them out from previous damage. She also did the shellac with too few layers so the colour is patchy. Now I have thin and patchy nails after waiting for ages to come and get them to look nice. So sad.

Everyone here is absolutely lovely, so kind and gentle just really lovely people! Had a manicure and pedicure which were very thorough, amazing quality. Really recommend! Salon was also very clean and clearly takes covid precautions seriously which is very appreciated!

I showed up on time for my appointment and when I arrived no one acknowledged me for a good 5 minutes. 20 minutes later I was still waiting. Extremely unprofessional, will not be coming back. Was also not told that they’re cash only
