I brought my NP 200 in for service and had extra work they were requested to attend to which was not done, Bad bad extremely bad service from ALL STAFF I booked my vehicle in again for specific work and they confirned a specific time that the contractor would be here to resolve the problem and now we have BIG excuses. I will bot bring my vehicle back ever again
A little annoyed, Visited the dealership in late January and test drove a Nissan Navara Pro 2X, decided to purchase the vehicle and took delivery on the 26th of Jan, The initial service with Ina was BRILLIANT, She's absolutely fantastic. I can't fault her. I noticed and picked up a vibration on the car, reported it and had the vehicle booked in waiting 4 days to be seen to. Vehicle came back, vibration was still there, vehicle went back, atleast they assisted in collecting and delivering a vehicle for me to use which I want to extend my gratitude to, it helped me with work. Vehicle came back improved but vibration remains, I took it to 4 independent specialist and was informed that the Tyres are cupping and need replacement to have the vibration removed. I engage with Nissan and am told that they can't assist and I'm responsible for this. So you purchase a vehicle of over R700K and can expect to still drop a further 15K on fixing a problem that should not be there initially when you purchase a brand new vehicle. Let alone the additional 25K I've already spent on accessories for the vehicle just because I love the thing so much. It's sad when you buy a brand new vehicle and have to immediately carry out and effect repairs to it. Wanted to purchase my wife a new Quashai but thought I'd rather hold off on this and maybe just remain with her CX5. I can't see me spending even more money on a second brand new vehicle. Alot of people won't be in the position to replace just after buying a new car but fortunately I am. Sadly though I'm engaging with my attorney to claim back all funds involved in replacing Tyres to get rid of the vibration so that I can fully enjoy the vehicle and get to know it more. The dealer hasn't done much to resolute or resolve the problem other than stipulating that Tyres aren't under warranty, so they would rather give you an inferior product and leave you to deal with the repocussions of their decisions. Not the way to go! Remember and check with CMH Mazda Hatfield that I had brilliant service on the purchase of one vehicle that I actually purchased a second in the same month. Just because of how they treated us. And it's time to replace vehicles again. It's sad that after sales service overshadows the excellent work of a sales consultant. Keep up the good work Ina.
Bad service ever they told us that we didn't buy the car from them, but all along they been servicing our car. When we had problem with warranty they said we must go where we bought the car.
Thank you to Princess and her team for sorting out my Nissan NP200 without any hassle.
Phoned 3 times on 3 days and still waiting for someone to phone me back regarding a repair booking. Eventually after the 4th day got hold of the service manager and she basically said that it was not their problem because they don't handle the phone calls and no apology as well. And now the earliest they can help with a repair is in 2 weeks. Not even 'lets try and see to put you in when there is a cancellation'.
Took my NP200 bakkie in for a service. Was informed that they can not service my vehicle because of an oil leak?????? Princess was extremely rude and unhelpful. My husband was constantly interrupted by Princess and could not finish a single sentence.
Worse service ever, advice others to use another Nissan
Took my Nissan Navara for the 60000km service. Vehicle came back with undercarriage messed with oil.Took it back to them only to find that the staff including workshop manager was rude and arrogant. Very unprofessional and shoddy workmanship not something that you expect of Nissan dealership and R 6300.00 later.Definately wont be using them again for service/maintenance.

Actual service good of the vehicle, booking in changed with no proper communication. Waited for 15 min before noticing no attempt to book in my car.
