This is probably the worst company to have to deal with, pay them and that is it. No paid up letter, no communication and 2 years later still no reply. Student loan denied because no paid up letter and they feel nothing. Typical
They call every day looking for someone else, block one number they call from another,some slow humans work at this company
I do not understand the fees they add to the debt, especially interest, it's not like I owe them. People who give this company 5 stars for customer service must be their employees because from my experience they take forever to respond to queries.

A constant barrage of harrasment from calls from this company. They do not give ANY information - I still don't know if it is my mother who owes them or not as they ASK ME FOR HER ID without even giving her name. I have blocked them and never anser their calls but my sister answered and was harassed, constantly. IDIOTS
I have made payments into my deceased mother's account from November 2021 till April 2022 as Telkom failed to supply me with the new account details and when I instructed them to do an audit on her account and transfer the additional money into my account due to their failure they refused now they have taken me to debt collectors to blacklist me. However, I have made payment and Telkom is too lazy to do the audit. If they did they would never have done this. If I am blacklisted because of their incompetence, firstly not supplying me with the new account details to allow me to pay it into the correct account, secondly not wanting to do the audit on the old account and move it to the new account. Thirdly making me out to be the culprit by sending my account to a debt collector although the money is already with them. Everyday I am harassed by DebtIn who knows the situation as this was emailed to them and I tell them the same sore daily however they aren't communicating internally nor with Telkom.
