I am giving this a 4 star instead of 5 because of the receptionist. The Doctor was amazing and the receptionist that did my take on forms was so nice. However, when I left, another receptionist a oldish lady said to me "you know Saturdays is for "sick" people, so if you not sick then rather book during the week". She made it seem like I'm not sick enough to be seen to. I just said yes because honestly I didn't have the energy for her. Who is she to decide whether I am sick or not? Being sick doesn't have to be physical. I paid for the service so I'm not sure why she had a problem. Anyway I will probably visit the center again, meeting 1 impolite and discourteous person won't stop me because I also met 2 very pleasant people.
Wonderful experience with Dr Anke Beyers! She really went out of her way with a super last minute appointment. Everything she recommended me to purchase to get better, worked 100's! Her diagnosis was accurate and I will definitely recommend to Friends and Family! Thank you so much Intercare Panorama! Best Dr's by far!
Dr Brian Beyers is rude, arrogant and full of himself! I will never forget the disrespect that I got from this man on August the 18th, when he called me and shouting, threatening me telephonically . I told him I was driving, he's destructing me!!! I chose to see him only because my doctor was going to be available on Monday and it was on Thursday when I seriously got ill. I wrote a complaint to the owner where I provided the sequence of events , of which I still haven't received any feedback concerning this pathetic doctor till date! Patients should avoid this pathetic, disrespectful doctor!
I was super impressed with my recent visit at the Practice, The receptionist were very helpful, friendly and understanding. My whole family had appointment with Dr Madeleen Delport and was very impressed with her level of professionalism, warmth, caring nature, patience and expertise. She was engaging and passionate about our health recovery. I would highly recommend her to any one seeking medical attention.
Dr Andre Möller is an angel in disguise. One of the few doctors I know who still care deeply for their patients. Who will go the extra mile and actually do a home visit because brining the patient too him is such a traumatic experience. Thank you Dr Möller, you really are a special person.
Attended Dr Barnard last year and got very poor advice from him. Completed and charged us for a full medical when it was obvious from the info shared in the first 10 min, that a medical was not required. We tried to address this with the practice and with Intercare. It was interesting how both the practice manager and Intercare showed understanding for our case, but as soon as they had spoken to Dr Barnard, they changed their story and became unhelpful. Dr Barnard's communications with us were abrupt and arrogant. His approach is condescending "I know best and you just don't understand' and he appears to have no interest in coming to a solution. Avoid this doctor and beware of Intercare who shielded this doctor. You will not get fair treatment. Edit: note that Intercare never contacted me after responding to this review.
Seems like the drs here are not as competent as one thinks. Dr Beyer saw my husband as he came in with intense stomach cramps and just brushed it off as gastritis. Gave him just that day off and was told to go back to work the next day. Now he is in hospital as we rushed him to ER the next day with a severe infection and they had to remove his gall bladder immediately as they were afraid it would rupture. We pay so much money for proper service, we don't have money to waste. Highly disappointed in this practice and drs. You clearly do not get the quality service you pay for. Think twice before going to this intercare and this dr he could misdiagnose you and you end up in a life threatening position
I have been to other Intercare branches before but Intercare Panorama has exceeded my expectations. The receptionists are welcoming and warm. I was apprehensive about changing Dr's as my regular Dr. did not accomodate my new medical aid plan. I was treated with respect and care from Dr. Holford, very thorough and the consultation did not feel rushed in any way. I will definitely be encouraging my family to move to this facility.
Dr Brian Beyers saved my dad's life. I don't have enough stars or words to thank Intercare Panorama for everything. Excellent doctors, brilliant staff and wonderful facility. Thank you, baie dankie, enkosi!
I have always been skeptical about going to the doctor. This experience changed my mind forever. I have never met more polite and capable people. I’m so glad l chose to go here. The Doctor was so caring with me, words cannot describe, bedside manner and attitude was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I will recommend this facility to everyone l know seeking care and attention for their medical needs.
