Not so friendly shop...we were returned at the gate of the shop just because we did not have an apointment...very disapponting.

Worse service ever. Empty promises, no feedback, they wasted so much of our time that we nearly missed our deadline as we had to find another shopfitter last minute. This was after we visited them instore twice to have discussions on all items to be made. Total waste of time. The revised quote was promised over 5 times on whatsapp by Reese, with an excuse that he sick. Don't even waste your time here. Not to mention the inside of this store.....I was shocked....can I even call it a shop?
I ordered a display unit to showcase my skin care products to my clients/patients and requested a locking mechanism to keep the products safely stored. It took almost 3 weeks to have it built and delivered to me, especially when it was assured to me that it would be ready in 1 week. On top of that, the delivery of the unit to my clinic was even a bigger drama and poorly executed. Within 1 week of receiving the unit, the hinges which hold the front glass panels started coming off and the front glass doors cracked at the edges! I informed Rees owner, and instead of rectifying the issue asap, it took him another 4 weeks to have it fixed after repeated calling him. It came to a point that he would ignore my calls and never answer or reply after messaging him numerous times! Eventually he sent someone to fix the issue but then again the it gave the same problems! This time the glass panels ended up being small for the new hinges and resulted in the glass panels slipping out and it shattered into many pieces. It proved to a very big problem to clean up and posed a huge safety risk. The service received from Rees and his company is extremely disappointing, unprofessional and frustrating. This display unit was poorly built and cheap! It’s not worth the price that you pay. The company person named Saido contacted me after I posted the above review 2 weeks ago, stating that he would sort out the issue and have a brand new display unit delivered to my clinic. This display unit has still not been delivered until now and their is no further communication from the company. I tried repeatedly to call and message them, but the company Saido does not respond! This is truly the worst service I have experienced. I will never do business with Rees and his company again. I regret it. Stay away from this company. It’s not worth the headache.

Great quality rails. I bought clothing rails from a very known shop and their rail couldn't last 15 min after hanging clothes until Internship came to my rescue. I will definitely recommend
