Terrible at mediation. She spends the first session reading through the contract which is a waste of money. She doesn't use any mediation techniques. She was completely biased. She gave my child leading questions to favor the opposition. She tried to get me to compromise on everything. She withdrew when I questioned her bias and then issued a certificate of no mediation - with a recommendation of a 'forensic investigation' which had no grounds. No specialists or third parties were introduced in the mediation - this was purely to spite my allegation of bias. You are better off going to Mediationworx - they're much cheap with a process that makes bias impossible.
