Great estate agency. I have been using them for close to 4 years now and I have never had any issues. I had some maintenance issues at my property and they had a fantastic turnaround time and resolution. I would recommend them to manage your property in terms of rentals.

I had a phone conversation with Marista yesterday 17/10/2022 regarding my concerns about iSearch Properties. She was friendly and has promised to ally my tenants & my doubts, and has happily agreed to send proof of my tenant's deposit account, as well as sending the other info that I asked for. It looks promising and I am looking forward to finally having a positive outcome soon.

If a tenant pays the rent over to iSearch, just pay the owner immediately, no excuses, no delays. Also, a note to the owners who rent out though iSearch, the owner will land up organizing and doing all the maintenance and repairs anyways, iSearch is getting R1000+ a month for doing less than nothing.

It was an absolute pleasure delaing with Maritza - from start to finish! I can surely say it's some of the best service I have ever received in all my life. 5 stars!

Will make promises but never keep them. Will lie to you and ignore your call. Will tell the owners that they are waiting for the rent after payments were made. Sad to say it but these people are scammers
