Worst experience!! Arrogant, dishonest & unethical host. When we arrived evening, we were downgraded to a completely different accommodation without our consent or knowledge... cheaper price, lower star rating. Upon confronting the host property administrator/receptionist we were not only bribed, but threatened and indirectly intimidated. Over the week in Bergville - and till today; the property made zero efforts to account, resolve the dispute nor formally apologised for the unfairness and unethical nature of our ‘stay’
My car broke down and they assisted me with a last minute booking and even allowed me to stay on the premises while waiting for my car to be fixed. Thank you for the outstanding service.Rooms: 4/5
Neat rooms and clean linen. Very friendly stuff. I love the fact that it's close to the main road so there is no way you could get lost.
