The service here is always great. I used to buy wreaths and gift hampers from Izami. They offer different packages and offer advise. Last month I went there looking for flowers for a cake I was making. When they didn't have the flowers I wanted they were able to advice me on the flowers I could use on a cake and exactly for the kind of a cake I wanted. My cake came out beautiful thanks to the ladies who helped me.
Paid R600 for my Mothers 60th birthday flowers and i got these old off flowers delivered, very disappointed and will never use such unprofessional people. I saw on someone elses review you told them not to give a bad review as it does not resolve anything, well then there is no hope if you dont see this as a matter off improvement!?
Just want to say a HUGE THANK YOU for the beautiful flowers that were delivered to a special lady at Bayswater retirement village today. I ordered over the phone calling from the UKthis morning and the order and payment was taken without a hitch. I asked for colourful flowers in a vase and that is what was delivered … on the day I ordered. Once again Thank you as you brightened someone’s day . The service and flower quality is amazing xx
I've ordered the Fynbos sunrise bouquet and tank you balloon online and a much smaller bunch of gerberas and roses were delivered. No communication from Izami to explain that they are unable to deliver the fynbos bouquet. Also disappointed in the size of the actual delivery. The pictures on their website is a misrepresentation of their actual products. I will not use their services in future.
Izami came to my rescue to put together and deliver a gift on my behalf to someone in Bloemfontein while I am in Gauteng. I made contact and within the same day everything was done to my satistaction. Prompt, solution based, interactive, creative, passionate and friendly. A big thank you!
