Quick and efficient. I asked Joseph if he can do the job same day which he was kind enough to schedule me. Very friendly and practical.

Had a key snap in the door. Joe came exactly on time to the second and did a brilliant job. He talked me through his process and explained the issue. Replaced the parts we needed and the price was reasonable.

It was my partner who was in when Joe came round, but he squeezed us in for a non-emergency job on our communal flat door on a seriously hot day, did a great job, and charged a very reasonable fee. Highly recommend, many thanks!
