Antwerp / Belgium friends and visitors alike please beware of JNails and Beauty in Antwerp. I’m not normally one to complain or publicly name a business however after paying for a service that did not provide what it was supposed to and I understand sometimes things happen I was shocked by the response of the owner. Not only did she blame me, but she refused to do anything to rectify the problem and simply didn’t appear to care. While initially my concern was that of a failed service, the bigger concern here is that her customer service and business morals appear to be entirely absent. I would strongly suggest not engaging in services from JNails and Beauty Antwerp. Totally shocked! >>>>> While owner has her own views on the colour which is not Mediterranean brown but in fact almost no colour at all, the more concerning part about her attitude is that she has a complete lack of customer service. Even the parts of me with no previous tan on them at all have almost no colour on them. Either her product doesn’t work, or it’s far too light to be considered a real spray tan. Owner has not offered any solution, substitute or even partial refund. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any industry. Customers beware - if you have any concerns over any treatment regardless of fault, this owner has no interest in you or your custom.

I recently did my nails here. The technician didn’t give me a full manicure and the application of the varnish was poor. The quality versus price isn’t worth it. I would avoid.
