Very unwelcoming place if you're a female and they treat you as if "this is a man's world and you don't belong here" sort of thing. .I went there looking for red metallic spray paint and masking tape I couldn't find the masking tape so when I asked at the counter where the masking tape was an arrogant guy made it look like I didn't know what I was talking about coz he was like "Masking tape?" "What's masking tape?" Definitely will think twice before going back there again and it's a pity because I need to get some other supplies and they're one of the only hardware stores in town

Difficult to get the prices on the items, they take time to bring sold out items.

No one wearing masks in store and when asked why I got THE LOOK they should read the Covid laws

Very friendly service here. A bit understaffed at times but not the end of the world. This is a quite expensive place when purchasing certain hardware items so you may want to do yourself a favour and drive to Timbercity to just compare prices. The only other gripe I have is getting out of the parking area afterwards. The main street is quite busy at times making it real difficult to hit the road again and especially so if you want to turn right.
