There is not a time I go to Jack's and not get what I want. Yes, the odd thing that hardwares normally don't stock. But because they carry so much, I tend to always try my luck. Surprisingly, at times they do stock the odd out item. A thumbs up for me.

Great service and well stocked

Had a great experience with the staff they were very helpful and there prices were on par.

Service is generally friendly, though sometimes it seems like all the staff are playing hide and seek. Pricing is fair, and selection is somewhat limited compared to other hardware stores of similar size.

Prices are not shown at items wich causes delay, but the staff were swift at helping.
