The prices are affordable. They seem to have everything from paints, asbestos roofing, gas stoves to indoor lighting structures. When you go to the back of the store it feels like you work there, with fork lifts being driven around you... Transportation for your goods will only be arranged by the company if it's a Huge order building materials if you have a small personal order you can be serviced by the many bakkie drivers looking for customers just outside of the Back Gate. Service is good they know what they are selling.

The service was good, though you have to struggle getting assisted, they let you wonder in store without anyone offering assistance.

Service is good inside the shop but on loading zone the Indian guy who's supervising there really need some skills on how to treat a customer and a the people he's supervising

Service is of good quality, Friendly approach to the customer.

Not a proper queuing system in place one always feels lost and unattended to.

Goods were not working struggled to receive assistance.

I regret going to this shop, it was my first and most definitely my last. Both emoyers and employees were smoking cigarettes inside the shop whilst assisting customers, even when complained no one stopped or apologized. From the entrance of the store the first thing you smell is cigarette and the first thing you see is cigarette smoke

I just called now to ask what time you are closing the guy who picked up said before 4:30. Yet on google it says 4:55pm . Please change your details on google to say you are "closing before 4:30" to avoid giving people hope.

I really received a friendly service even though I didn't buy anything but I'll surely go visit the place
