Beautiful park, well maintained and vert peaceful. We loved it. One request, please can dig owners clean up after their dogs? Thank you
This park is very neat and has amazing trees and has a mini waterfall very cute with fish at the top...unfortunately some inconsiderate people bring their dogs and don't pick up after their animals ...very disgusting....the toilets were super dark and filthy....but overall an amazing place to picnic
Lovely park. Dogs allowed, one can also come here for quite private parties . No grilling allowed but one can come with own food, alcohol not allowed chairs and decorations to enjoy a lovely day with loved ones. The park has many beautiful hidden spots all around the park for privacy lovers. Its a good place to read a book, go for an outdoor painting, go on a date, take photographs . Please Enjoy, and do clean after yourself Restrooms: Decent Dog-friendliness: Dogs run without leash Picnic area: Bring your own food. Alcohol free park.
It's a beautiful, peaceful and well-maintained park. I go pass by as often as I can for some time outside. It's safe and always peaceful.
Great place to have a picnic with family and friends. The park is situated in a very save neighborhood with a beautiful natural pond. Good place to spend a mid morning or afternoon to relax and escape the big busy city life. Picnic area: Nice open areas with big trees for shades.
It's a beautiful, well kept park. If u r afraid of dogs its uncomfortable as it's a pet friendly park, so many dog owners walk their dog there. The toilets are disgusting; smelly, males not working, ladies not kept
Cool & quite park. Safely guaranteed. This park is beautiful for both adults & kids. I enjoyed everyo moment in this a park Picnic area: Stunning....
This park Could have remained a perfect beauty in the heart of Pretoria but it has been neglected over the years. No maintenance of the ponds whatsoever. The ponds smell very bad and the big birds don't swim anymore. However, It still has beautiful tree species that can provide shelter for picnics while watching rare bird flying around. Highly recommended if you like horticulture or bird watching Tranquil and private...
Came to the park when exploring during a short visit to Johannesburg. Seemed well maintained, with some beautiful trees and flora, labelled with names too, which made it easier for me as a non South African to identify some unknown species. Lots of space for picnics too, with the trees providing plenty of shady spots.
A mini botanical garden. Well maintained and enough place to sit and relax. A happy place for both pets and their owners. Wheelchair friendly but limited. There are small trails and park can be rented out for functions. Secure parking and enough shaded areas for a picnic. Highly recommend this park.
