Founded in 2003 and still headed up by attorney, author, mediator and arbitrator Jacques Jansen, who maintains a personal involvement in every case we do.

Jacques can always be found somewhere in the social media, teaching, training, advising and spreading pro bono legal documents amongst vulnerable members of society. Its never hard to get a hold of him and he will always make time to answer a question or advise someone in need.
