I have had some very nice encounters with Jacqueline's over the years, but this was the best yet. I ordered a corsage for my daughter's Senior Prom Date. I was away the week before and came home the afternoon of prom. Running around, getting things ready, etc. While I was photographing her before the craziness started, she asked me, "Did you pick up the flowers?" Oh My- it completely slipped my mind. I went to call them to see that I had a missed call from them. I called them franticly trying to figure out what I could do to get there before they closed. They were so nice and said if we were able to get there quickly they were still around packing things up. A friend was close by and picked them up for me. It was a very thoughtful gesture to call to remind me to pick them up, and then to even answer the phone after they had closed. We were lucky that they are a business that goes above an beyond for even the smaller purchases. Thank you so much! I am a loyal customer.

The staff makes you feel like family. I regularly went to Cafe Flora for coffee and food for years until I moved out of state. They are so warm and welcoming, always remembering my orders. They made me feel like family! I even had my first date with my now husband there and used Jacqueline’s as our wedding florist. Overall wonderful place. Warm atmosphere, great coffee and food, fresh and beautiful flowers. 10/10 every time!
Most organized, precise florist EVER. Gave me a spreadsheet with costs per flower for my wedding and worked with me to adjust if over budget but not effect quality or beauty of their design. I left it up to Jacqueline's to come up with what would go best with bridesmaids dress colors and the idea was nothing like the other 5 florists I checked out who all had the same boring standard idea before going to Jacqueline's. I HIGHLY suggest using Jacqueline's for your wedding or anything flower related for that matter!
My husband has ordered flowers and plants for me for different occasions in the past each one more beautiful than the next. When it came to our wedding, Christian could not have been any better to work with! He was so organized, had an amazing attention to detail, always willing to talk and answer questions, and helped us stay within the budget we were looking at. The day of our wedding was perfect! From bouquets, corsages, boutineers, chuppah and ceremony, cocktail hour, memory table, centerpieces, and wedding cake decorations the details in each piece was more than we ever expected! We received so many compliments and have recommended you to so many people. My husband calls each year for our anniversary and my birthday which is the same day to order a bouquet similar to our wedding flowers! We will use Jacqueline's Flowers for years to come!
