The customer service is impeccable. We got the fan light we wanted but we still haven’t installed it due to how complicated it is to assemble. If we can get any assistance please contact me.

Unprofessional with poor after sale service. Everytime I call to follow up on my refund, I am met with a different story. The latest is they have to deduct a 15% handling fee and it will take over a week to calculate. There are too many reputable ceiling companies and this one is not one of them!

Great service, and a pleasure to do business with Craig and the team.

Ceilings should have been delivered between 10 and 12th May but was only delivered on Friday the 20th at 12:00. When they were delivered it was the wrong ceilings. The driver confused deliveries. Instead of immediately correcting the mistake as they still had enough time during the day have left it like this. Now we have to wait another weekend before it is sorted and probably another week before it can be installed. In my opinion this problem should have been sorted before end of work day Friday. Pathetic service

My wife had to physically help with the offloading of the material upon delivery. Is this the kind of service you guys offer to your customers? Not all my materials were delivered as it is alleged that I took some of it with when I was at the store which is not true !
