I visited the store during my lunch break, i stood in the queue for over an hr. Staff are rude and unhelpful. there are 8 tills but only 2 are operating, rest of the staff walk around behind the tills aimlessly, chatting and laughing. A lot of tills upstairs, which aren't in use. Such pathetic management. Really disappointing for a tfg store.

I enjoyed shopping for my new baby here Clothes are affordable However, parking is limited ; you might need to go there on Sunday morning because the street is not busy

1. There are leaks everywhere. Better bring an umbrella if you want to shop and stay dry 2. There are 8 tills, but only 2 cashiers, so the queue is always long at any time of the day. 3. Service is super slow. Even when the line isn't long, the cashiers take their time.

The store has a sign that says they close at 5pm but the doors were closed at 4:30pm and we were turned away.

Absolutely shocking service. The staff are extremely racist, the fidelity security guard swears at customers. It is completely unacceptable. They close and open as they please.

It's staff is very arrogant and there's poor service. Security guard was very rude.

Clean and have a big shop that allow us to find what we need easily

Very inconvenient and the air conditioning doesn't work. Prices are too high as compared to previous shopping experience. Got cheaper and better clothing at ackermans
