Pathetic service, did a terrible job washing my car then when I phoned them to tell them. They ask me to bring the car back so they can do a good job I asked who’s going to cover my petrol costs and the guy on the phone goes silent. If you want a decent car wash dont go here. They don’t even know how to use soap and water. Their tyre polish is so cheap that if you drive over a small puddle of water it comes off yet they want to charge R120 for a “vip full house”

Affordable trailer hire but I recieved a trailer that was pretty buggered in every way ranging from punctured tyres, damaged electrical plug, indicators not working properly a bent frame making it hard to close the gate. I was an hour late in returning the trailer so I called them to find out if they could please charge me for half a day? The owner arrogantly said "no, that's why we don't charge half days instead of saying "unfortunately we only charge full days".

BE WARNED. Would give less than 1 star if I could. Valet service caused R40000 water damage to my vehicle computer. Pure incompetence. No apology. Unwilling to provide owners contact details. Referred me to managers contact details on a business card, which had the car wash number and a cell number which remained unanswered. Usual signs stating not responsible for damage and gross negligence. Not even offer of a refund

Paid them to wash my car. They splashed some water on it and told me it’s done when I get home even the windscreen is still dirty

After a disappointing first visit, Jet Car Wash managed to redeem itself on my return. They don't do the best wash in town, but it's good enough.

Worst wash I received from them. There is still leaves by my wipers. Little effort
