Fantastic products! But what gives them a 5-star for me, is the customer service something sadly rare in this country. Great ordering and notification interface. The couriers tried to c*&k things up, but Chris was very responsive and didn't leave me feeling like I was asking questions into a black hole. My torch arrived on time and I'm a very happy camper! Highly recommend

This company sets the benchmark in customer service. Chris is an absolute champion and the after sales service 3 years later is exemplary on his behalf.  Not only that, the products are amazing. My headlamp is streaks ahead of any I have seen or owned before.  I am 100% a fan of this brand. Jetbeam for the win.

Just want to give a huge shout out to Jetbeam and Chris, phenomenal service and turn around time on both the purchase aswell as the after sales support. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent one on one service, very knowledgeable staff and by far the best high end Tactical lighting product on the market.
