All our equipment comes with instructions in ENGLISH, and we not only provide training, but also have repair services and tech support on all our equipment, and NOT just the promise of support. We are also the ONLY South African company which has an agreement in place with Ricoh South Africa for sublimation printers. Anyone else selling a Ricoh printer for sublimation that hasn't got it from us, will NOT be covered by any warranty from Ricoh South Africa.
