JKNV are an ethical, family run business. They offer valuable products and services. They're very efficient and I have had a very positive experience dealing with them.
Do not use this company. Their payments to our Body Corporate are always many hundreds of rand short. In one month they stated that the occupiers of one of our units did not buy a single credit voucher. Impossible to believe but when questioned JKNV failed to reply to my emails. We are a small complex of 3 units but with a high occupancy and past history indicates that the usage of water is between R2000 & R3000 but their payment to us is usually under R1000. I am considering legal action
Great system. I have installed both water and electricity pre-paid meters. Its great to know I can collect services in a safe and effective manner.
A real set-and-forget sort of a system. We had great service at the time of the installation, and have had no complaints at all since then.

This company is just the worst! Their customer support is terrible.They have outrages call out fees if they deem the meter not faulty by them. Would not be using them in future.
