Open till quite late and convenient. Not the biggest selection though

The bottle store caters for both the student and more occasional drinker. They have decent combo deals that included a 750ml hard tak, 2 litre and then a bag of ice, most of them only under R200. Beers are fairly priced and they do stock quarts. The staff are unbelievably friendly especially if you get to know them. I get greeted by name and ads a personal touch. And thanks to the staff John, Ernest, Mandla and Saliem for keeping the place up and running! Sometimes even on public holidays!

Johnny's liquor provides enough products for the novice drinker and the establishment is clearly thoroughly cleaned. The establishment is also conveniently located with operating hours that can accommodate the general public quite sufficiently

Johnny's is my local, 300 metres from home, a short walk. The price difference on a 6-pack of premium beer is about R 10-00, therefor only good for emergencies. A very good store in all other respects.

They always have what I'm looking for and staff are always friendly and helpful.

Staff are awesome and you can always rely on them to have the alcohol you want at a good price. They also have great money saving specials. And you can rely on them if you have forgotten to buy drinks as they stay open late.

Craft beer selection isn't big, but there is still a large selection of various different beers, ciders, wines, whiskeys, and everything you might be looking for. Prices are good too!

I rated it two starts but I lowered it by one star when the owner decided to say my review is fake. The variety is basicially nothing, the prices are normal prices, and the vibe is just super shady.

They sell liquor as their name implies. So they aren't lying about that. They sell brandy and a 2l coke in an onion net. It is Pretoria so it pretty much deliver on expectations. There is no accommodation here. But they sell everything you will need to go into 4x4 mode later in the day
