Granny or whatever her name is. The security guard at Game Tzaneen has a stinking attitude. She wanted me to put my handbag, with my wallet and my phone by the parcel counter. My bag which also had my baby's essentials, my baby who I was carrying on the day. She needs to be taught of proper customer service. I would have called the manager, I just didn't have time to be doing ups and downs with that lady with a stinking attitude. She is very rude.
Besides the unwillingness to assist customers at the electronics/appliances department, this is not the first time I have used my Game RCS Card at Game Tzaneen and the cashier fails to ask the budget period for the purchase. On the previous occasions, the cashiers failed to ask me the budget period for the transaction, and I had to wait about 40 minutes or more for Game to get THEIR problem fixed while I had to wait patiently because of their incompetence. Too bad there is not another Game Store nearby as Game Tzaneen delivers constant poor service.
It's a nice shop and there selling a good stuff
Is a wide clean store with affordable products. Their package on shelves is easy to understand, there are true prices. Their products are of high quality. The delivery is also reasonable. I love the fact that they have everything from beauty products to furniture. It's amazing

Well done Game Tzaneen! What a pleasant visit! I did not want to go in the first place because i have a broken toe, but i needed something and had to go. As nature, i bumped my toe agains the card wheel. One of the employees saw that i was in pain and instantly he was by my side to asisst. He pushed my trolley through out the rest of my shopping untill i got to the till and then he assisted me to my car!
