Jolly Meats - Clare Estate

Alhamdulilah.... First time I've encountered with the braai and pickup concept..... Ordered Tikka sausages, afghan chicken filleTs & Moroccan loin chOps... WAS absolutely divine ma sha Allah!!! Delectable, toothsome, yummy and damn frikken LEKKER!!!!

Jolly good food. Customer experience could improve if aweful lot of smoke blowing all over the entrance is sorted out

I must say I am a fan of Jolly Meats but today I have not received the best service as I expected. I ordered for delivery and mistakenly ordered the wrong thing I asked for them to alter my order and their excuse was 'it is already out for braaiing' I then asked can I cancel the order and I was told that I can cancel - but can not alter the order. So basically Jolly meats would rather cancel and order and lose a sale than to just give the customer what they want and that was very frustrating. I then ordered again with my correct order and waited 3 hours for delivery. Absolutely poor service today.

Excellent service, great product, parking is an issue, but great testers given in store to try, space is an issue during busy period, but great service from owners

I found the place to be quite cramped outside and inside. I am not used to going to a butcher with so much of hustle and bustle. Maybe the taste of the meat will make up for it:

Really nice tasty meat. Very reasonable prices. However, the staff at the meat counter is not so nice. Unfriendly and show signs of disinterest. The cashier was not bad at all and braai master really helpful. The place is not so clean especially at the braai area. Too many flies.

A butcher with all friendly staff quick service and nice to the owner mixing with customers sharing their advise and even giving his products to taste and braai is top of the world reasonable prices and yeah recommended by Me fir fresh top quality products and meat

Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful staff. The place is always packed but they value their customers. Fresh meat all the time. Parking is a problem though-not enough.
