Very bad service. They lock you in a 12 month contract and then basically tell you that they have no responsibility ensuring your receive a good service because they are just a reseller. Just steer well clear of this company. In fact I have never in my life received worse service from any vendor ever before. Even cancelling my service with them was a frustrating mess.
A service provider where no problem is to big to resolve. Any issues can be resolved. Costing for extra work is reasonable priced. Prior to signing up with a service provider, we did some research and found Jumbo with the least complaints. Service is paramount when choosing a IT partner. They will go far if they can keep it up. To Maxwell the tech who came out, great service, thank you too.
Initially there were some admin issues, but these have now been resolved. I have only had the fibre installed and activated last week which was first first week of April 2022. However I am very impressed with the upload and download speed considering the package I chose. I look forward to a smooth and effortless relationship with Jumbo.
Called Customer service on the 22nd of July 2022 to report a fault on behalf of a friend after he had called twice and had received a message that his issue had been resolved when it had not. I spoke to David, a very friendly and nice Gentleman who went all out to ensure that my friend's WI Fi was fixed. The issue was resolved just after 18:00 and I guess this was outside their normal work hours. All thanks goes to Justice the Technician and David. If it was not for David, this would have not been resolved. Awesome stuff and keep up the good work.
Jumbotech have been awesome. We switched over to their Wi-fi while waiting for the fibre to be installed to our neighborhood. What a pleasure, their service has been amazing and they have been so friendly and helpful. I am so sorry that we didn't switch earlier, but so very happy with their service, and now we have Fibre. Thank you to a fantastic team.
My experience with Jumbo Yech has been nothing but awesome. First had normal WiFi installed as Fibre was not available at the time. When the time came and it was available they phoned me, explained the difference and advantages, then forwarded the paperwork that could be completed all electronically with no hassle and no fuss. Date for Fibre installation was confirmed and the team that came to my house was super professional and the support service after the installation was remarkable. Thank you to all the Jumbo Tech team members that handled any part of my installation/Account Queries/ and collection of old gear. You guys are an awesome group of people!
Excellent service rendered by the technician, Mr Peter. Quite professional. He resolved all technical glitches reported and provided guidance in case of contingencies.
Since I signed up with Jumbo I had nothing but the best experience which is not only limited to providing data connection but also after sales support should there be glitches with the service. I recently had connection issues and within minutes of logging a call I received feedback and was quiet impressed with the quick turn around time. I was then kept in the loop in the whole process of sorting out my issue which was eventually sorted to my satisfaction and within a reasonable repair time. Jumbo Tech Team you are the best and keep up the excellent work.
Availablity of emergency number to contact non existent This situation was rectified and service has been wonderful, thank you for attending to the requirement and making it a personal call to assist.
