Our aim as Junior Colleges is to foster and motivate learning and school readiness within a caring, nurturing, and productive environment.
The foundation phase years of a child’s school career (Grade 0 to Grade 3) is perhaps the most important. In these years, there is a focus on laying the groundwork for literacy and numeracy and for insuring that these very important concepts are fully grasped and entrenched.
At Junior Colleges we believe that inculcating a love for learning in our children will ensure that they have an excellent footing for their future schooling career. In addition to following the CAPS curriculum, our children will be exposed to the latest technology in the classroom through projectors, electronic whiteboards and a bank of iPads that will be used for the latest educational apps that aid teaching and learning in the classroom.
