Michelle is absolutely amazing! She gets your brows in shape in no time and my journey with her the last two years has just been great with amazing results! She’s so skilled and passionate about what she does. I highly recommend her to get your WOW back in your brows!
I’ve been going to Michelle for my brows for nearly three years and I loved my sessions and brows. I gave her 5 stars after my first session. She has always been accommodating and professional. Recently, I wasn’t loving how my brows had looked so I asked her if we could make some changes to the way they looked. As a professional she has the right to disagree but ultimately I’m paying for a service and I need to be happy with that service. We can disagree on what that looks like and part ways professionally and amicably. This was not the case with Michelle. Maybe it was a bad day but during our in person session, she made me extremely uncomfortable. She was argumentative and aggressive, and spent 30 mins telling me how I was forcing her to mess up nearly three years of her work. It got to the point that I had to tell her multiple times that I was feeling attacked and she was being very aggressive. She eventually agreed to make minor changes and see how that looked but at that point I was done. She clearly took my feedback about my brows very personally without caring about whether I was happy with them or not. Great brows aside, I won’t be going back to Just Browzing as now I would be too afraid of her reactions to give her any honest feedback, and I am not happy to pay for that kind of service.
I took my daughter to Michelle to get her brows done. I didn’t bother getting mine done as they are thin. Michelle asked me to give her the opportunity to show me she can bring my brows back. Wow! she was so right and for the first time in years I have solid eyebrows and will never have to consider an eyebrow lift. She is the eyebrow queen!
Michelle’s expertise, experience and artistic eye allows me to always walk away confidentially from an appointment with brows that have been naturally shaped and suited to frame my face. After 7 years at JustBrowzing, I am never disappointed. The best there is!!
You know what’s harder than leaving your family to move overseas? Leaving Michelle. Haha. Not only is Michelle amazing at what she does and fixed my uneven brows but she is a beautiful soul who really doesn’t treat you like a client but a friend and always went above and beyond to accommodate me and my irregular schedule. Michelle, from the bottom of my heart thank you for not only just fixing my brows and making me realise that you are irreplaceable but for also being an awesome human.
I have never been happier! Every time I enter the studio I am greeted with the happiest environment and kindest owner! I would never let anyone touch my brows other than Mich. She 1000% wow back in my brow.
I am so thankful to have found Michelle at Just Browsing. For years now I have been going to people who haven’t got a clue how to shape brows. As my eyebrows became over plucked and misshapen I eventually decided to take the terrible step of getting microblading done on my eyebrows. It was such a terrible mistake. I found Michelle by chance and never even knew that someone actually existed that only focused on brows. My only regret is that I didn’t find Michelle sooner.
Michelle is lovely and really knows her craft. She talks you through the choices she is making and discusses the roadmap she has for your brows. Quite impressive I must say. Her love for what she does comes through and that puts you at ease especially if you don't play around with your brows like me. 100% recommend. She's the best in the business. Natural beautiful considered brows.
