Just Right Gifting

I ordered a plant arrangement for my daughter in New Zealand, from NetFlorist for Easter. It was delivered on the day and time requested. She was blown away as it was a great surprise to her. She was so thrilled with the plant and not what was expected. Congratulations to NetFlorist for a job well done!

I've never been disappointed with the service from NetFlorist. Same day delivery was fantastic, I placed my order at about 9am and the gift was delivered 3 hours later. I received emails letting me when it was out for delivery and once it had been delivered. Great service.

Excellent quality products! Professional service, and customer care. I've used them many times, and have never been disappointed. Today's order was for a friend who I knew was having a difficult week. The delivery was sent to her office, and she absolutely loved the macaroons, sweet and salty snacks, soft toy, and flowers.

I have been using Netflorist for a couple of years now and I have not had any issues. I even had something delivered to a different province once and it arrived on the specified day. The only suggestion is for improved security and to ensure that they have delivered to the right person, it would be good to verify using some form of identification. A signature alone is not enough as its possible for the driver to maybe get the address wrong. I haven’t experienced this, but its still possible.

1. I have done thorough research to find local florists that can offer the same service and products as NetFlorist and can confirm that I couldn't find someone even close to the following: 2. NetFlorist pricing stays the best, the "add to basket" feature is such a great feature and the florists that try and offer this are very limited, the card that you can personalize and pick different cards and NetFlorist seems to be the only Company that offers this. The pricing of the added items is slightly raised but i take it that they have to get these items to the packing facility. The variety so so huge so i have not yet found any limitations. 3. The only problem i have is that the delivery fee is still very high and can most definitely be looked at ASAP. 4. Thus overall this would be a 5 star rating as i dont feel they have competition that can match them at this stage. 5. And then lastly you have to wait for there specials but they come frequently to get better pricing and offers.

I live in the UK my family in SA and when I can't be there I use NetFlorist they have never let me down, always delivered and items been as good if not better then the pics. I recommend them highly. Very happy I could spoil my sister on her birthday. Thank you NetFlorist for always delivering.

It is becoming expensive to send flowers. Delivering on weekends would better as they now deliver before or after event. Hand written note was delivered with my flowers which is not readable and not sure what was said. Why not just the printed message? Flowers were beautiful.

Amazing service, my daughter wanted it in time for mother’s day. Came the next day, she was very excited about the delivery and the delivery guy was friendly and answered all her questions with loads of patience. Thank you for making a little 5 year old’s heart happy when she did something special for mom on short notice. She added a little personal touch to go with the gift.

The gift i ordered its for couple visiting South Africa on honeymoon from South America coming July 2023.... . The outlined clock of Africa and personalized wording will always remind them of their trip. Thank you for the fast service and delivery.

If this is what you pay money for - then it’s disgusting & not sure how you expect people to pay for this - let alone pay over R700! The cake was damaged & no Happy Birthday message as requested! Well done on ruining someone birthday! Second time you’ve managed to do that for me as a customer - seems that’s all you are good for!
