Do not do refunds even when an item you bought is faulty and there is none they can replace it with.....
I recently bought a trampoline. It was advertised as 100% complete. When I picked it up the lady told me that they opened the box and checked it. Everything is there. When I reached home I found that an important tool required for assembly was MISSING as well as the instruction manual. I contacted the lady, she said that she'll get back to me the next day. The next day she said that it was sold at the price I bought it because that tool was missing. They are refusing to give me another tool or to compensate me. DECEPTIVE TRADING
This shop has a variety of goods some new most are secondhand but products look good. The staff and management friendly and helpful. The shop very neat and clean.
