Professional and Clean Salon. Great quality hair products. Took my wife there and was impressed with the quality of service. They may want to increase the number of staff on holidays as the demand is alot and the queues can be long. Otherwise happy

Great place to get weaves or wigs, they do custom fittings of your wig and have a large variety of hair. Very comfortable and clean waiting area for when they're busy, and the staff is helpful. Affordable rates for wigs ranging from R1400+. They have a swiping machine so you don't need to carry cash and if u have issues with your wig you can always take it in for touch up. They unfortunately deal exclusively with hair, so no make up, nails or hair grooming is offered.

It was cool, note that they only sell in natural should you need bleached weave its better to put in an order. would be nice if they answered thier phones though

I was referred to the sandton branch by head office after having after received an incorrect order. The lady in sandton was not able to to help me without authorisation from head office. When I tried to call the lady at head office refused to talk to me and told the sandton lady to send me back to head office Bottom line do not order online. Rather go into a store and leave sure that what you get is what you paid for because customer service is ZERO

I received very bad service at Sandton branch today, went to the store with my husband, they told us that only ladies are allowed at the store, men are not allowed because they will ask girls in the store for their numbers, I begged for him to come inside because he was the one paying for hair but they refused, saying that they don’t trust man, he will rob them , he had to wait outside, I was so hurt and felt like they don’t care about their customers, even after I bought hair, while they were customizing my weave, they refused for him to come inside, so ya, we were treated like criminals or rather I say beggers .

I got exactly what I wanted. Beautiful hair of nice quality, at very reasonable price, pleasant staff, neat environment.
