Kalamazoo Coach Lines

Booked for Intercity Xpress and was only notified a few minutes before departure of the transfer to Kalamazoo. First, the driver was very rude and condescending, the 6 USB ports were not functional while the stop was only 10mins. Will not recommend

Perhaps Kalamazoo bus drivers need to go back to driving school. Going at 120kph, or more, through the roadworks between Durba and Pietermaritzburg and flashing their lights at other people to force them out the way is absolutely DISGUSTING behaviour. If this how you have told your drivers to behave? 2 of your bosses passed us on our way home tonight, doing at least 120kph.

Your drivers are danger to public !!! They have zero respect to the roads and other road users , we have witnessed two of your busses driving very recklessly down Town Hill on N3 towards Pietermaritzburg at around 8pm lay night 04June , they were driving well over 100km/ in the roadworks area and we had to move out of the way to avoid being hit , I really do hope this is addressed and dealt with before anything tragic happens

Just wanted to report that your Bus yesterday on N3 between Pmb n Howick was traveling at high speed of at least 120kls. Continued at that speed which is dangerous and appalling!!!

Bus smelled like urine and was not cleaned, hence we found a bottle of urine. Staff was rude and made us late. Wouldn't recommend.

Good service with good prices. They really made a plan for me and the driver was 10 out of 10
