Service beyond terrible. I don't know why they open shops when they commitments somewhere else. How do you make clients wait for you for over 4 hours? Totally unacceptable

As i write this, we've been waiting for 3 hours and the Doctor has not arrived. This is not only disrespectful but it is also unprofessional. Needless to say, I'm never coming back here again.
