Our microbakery is a delight. It inspires you to cook, bake, taste, stir, knead and taste again - just for the sheer pleasure of creating something tasty and traditional.

We have a few things going on here at Donkin Street.
The Microbakery is part of the Profit with Purpose social enterprise we are running here as an Incubator Hub. It is a job creation scheme for local families to build Financial Independence.
We have started with Desiree who is now a trained artisan baker. She is a lovely lady and her quiet, gentle spirit is in all her loaves, cakes and sweets.
Desiree bakes the artisan breads every week and we deliver fresh, goegeous loaves, rolls and 'sweet things' every Friday.
These are for local people who cant resist the idea of having the gorgeous scent of freshly baked artisan bread delivered to their homes or offices every week
