Look, this Kauai is great. But my issue is if I'm not a member of Virgin active I can not go in to sit down and order. I have to stand at reception and order a take away. I travel a lot and Kauai is my choice in lunch but this is not the first time I've been in a town where the Virgin active is the only Kauai in town.

Although it's in the gym, it manages to be a separate environment and space. The usual Kauai menu. Great coffee and wonderful staff. Plus for this Virgin active gym ‍
This place seriously needs to work on their service! I first waited 10 mins to be served. Two staff appeared from the back 10 mins later. The customer before me found plastic in her smoothie. I ordered a still water and then was told the card machine was offline. When I told the staff member to improve their services she glared at me. Won’t support them again.
Always no ice pls stock enough ice I think u have a deal with Vodacom as for our voucher they expire every time these no ice when we play is because we bought airtime an data from vodacom an they reward us so if we didn't recharge dy wouldn't hv given us so we earned it, Buy enough ice we want doz smoothie it's not a favor it's ur deal wit vodacom so pls they expire without getting anything since dz no ice

Virgin Active's one of a kind gym, sports and body building activities and equipment. Open and well organised with great individuals at your assistance anytime.
The food is not made with love and quantities differ from other kauia. The yoghurt that was used to make my breakfast bowl, didn't look or taste fresh. Terrible experience, especially considering that other kauia give quality food.
Covid-19 Protocols are followed. Masks rule is mendetory very spacious equipment is cleaned and well mentained. Services by staff only down graded it.
Ordered a new Quessadilla Wrap and it was extemely lovely... Only problem I had was the size.. If you expect someone to pay almost R100 for a meal, at least let it fill them up...
