This PLACE IS NOT OPEN to the public and shouldn’t be advertised on google maps. Their google my business is misleading to people because people will go there and find out that they are not allowed to buy anything at Kauai. YOU NEED A VIRGIN GYM MEMBERSHIP TO ENTER AND PURCHASE THEIR FOOD/JUICES. We stopped there to get a couple juices and we were told by the receptionist that we can’t buy there because it’s for members only, she called the manager and the manager fiiiinnally agreed to let one of us in but with the condition to sign up a virgin membership form and provide all of our details… all that nonsense to literally walk 10 steps in and purchase the juices. We ended up walking away as the whole situation was just ridiculous.
Excellent facility with all you would expect from an establishment of this nature. The perfect accompaniment to a workout.

Marceline at table view Virgin Active refused to give me my coffee from my subscription. This is not the first time that I have this issue with Kauai. She was rude and non responsive in our interaction. This needs to fixed asap and I want a reimbursement of my subscription since I cant redeem my coffees.
Guys, read the reviews. Not everybody complains online. This is the worst Kauai. Staff have a terrible attitude and product sucks. Sort it out or people will vote with their feet. And don't ask me for detail. Send some "ghost" clients there and see for yourself.
Today my friend and I had a smoothie at Kauai at the Virgin Active Table View gym. It was terrible, tasteless, with no flavour. It tasted like crushed ice and was absolutely awful. I often stop there after gym for a coffee but the staff are always miserable, sour faced, unhelpful, have no people skills. They make you feel like they are doing you a favour when taking your order. They were blatantly rude today.my friend and i will not be going there again, not even for a coffee. The gym is lovely, but Kauai there is atrocious.
Pricing on most things have gotten crazy expensive.Food: 4/5
Only one person taking orders and making smoothies. Tables all dirty , so can’t sit anywhere. Once I placed order lady not friendly at all. Disappointed every time I come here, had to send smoothie back the last time because milk tasted off and when replaced still tasted off.
I frequent Kauai often, this branch by far is the worse. Staff are always miserable and you have to wait to be served even when there are no customers. Always prepare meals and leave out ingredients as they choose. Prior to this I ordered the avo, cucumber with spiracha on toast, I had to request the cucumber. Last photo you will notice the avo was not even sliced. I usually eat the wraps but this is the smallest I've had, only one half had a piece of pepper and almost no chicken. Just kale and carrots in a wrap for almost R80.
