I was very disappointed and alarmed to find that people were allowed to sit in the waiting room, an enclosed space, with out masks on. It made me extremely uncomfortable while waiting for my appointment. Surely the staff should enforce this, due to the gov protocols and out of respect for their other clients particularly those, like myself, who are over 50? Either the staff on duty did not notice, or they did not care. Otherwise I had no problem with the service I received.
