The guys are really doing a good job with providing gas services. They will help you with fixing your gas appliances if it’s a gas issue and they will also help you to refill your gas cylinder. I have a 9kg gas cylinder which they currently charge R230 to refill. They also sell their own slick 9kg gas cylinders that are covered with plastic at the price of R1200.

Refilled my 9kg gas cylinder, I got home and my gas was underfilled. I made it clear to them that I will weigh it when I got home and behold, I did exactly that because I could tell by how light it was when I took out of my car. I will never support this business again.

Called the office on a Thursday morning and by 6pm I had my gas delivered. Great service and really customer centric. Well done and Keep it up!!!

Poor service. I’m still waiting for my delivery after 3 days. I had to follow up with them many times after paying them and most of the time they don’t pick up. They are ignoring me and I’m in need of the gas that I paid for. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

I just got a 9kg bottle refilled for R342. Once I got home I weighed it and although I payed for 9kg it contained only 6.8kg..... Apparently they under filled my bottle

Don't ever use them! Terrible service, absolutely pathetic. They should shut down. If your need gas highly recommended GAS ON DELIVERIES very efficient. DO NOT USE GAS BOYS MIDRAND!!!!!!!!! Response to owner: Well I'm still waiting for my delivery which the lady promised I will receive this afternoon and no1 pitched after her saying they on their way .after multiple calls and came back to your store they still failed to deliver. I will be there tomorrow 8am to collect my cylinder and a full refund. GAS ON DELIVERY Never dealt with Robert, dealing with a lovely yound reliable gentleman never failed me not once. And even works after to ensure customers expetations are met. There service is cash or eft on delivery so no hassles whats so ever! GAS BOYS took my cylinder and money and have still not delivered. Never use them! And are now defaming other good companies shame on you!

I called to book an appointment and was told that they would be here by the afternoon. I called later the afternoon and the guy told me he would call me straight back. I explained I had to cook for 30 people that evening as I manage a healing Centre and need to use the gas stove. I never heard back. Absolutely not ok

They open Monday to Saturday Very friendly and helpful

Some of the bad reviews on here are correct. They really need to work on their logistics. I've ordered 19kg gas 3 days ago and sent a follow up email .... but absolute no response. Bad service... really bad.

They do gas refills. They are very helpful. They only take cash or EFT. I guess they don't have a card machine on site, so thats probably why they don't take cards. On my first visit, they were out of gas, and so I left my two 9kg gas bottles with them and collected them afterward. Also, I had to withdraw cash to make payment. I went in the day before, and it was a public holiday, and they were closed. I'm not sure if it was because they didn't have gas or was because of the holiday.
