That place is a 5star the staff well dress the service excellent the food is to divine for I must say how trustworthy your staff is I lost my valuable bracelet and your my hart was so sore but your reception call me to pick the bracelet up they found it in the room 801 where I stay welldone to all your staff they deserve a 5 StarrRooms: 5/5
The room I was booked, was in a bad state and very small. Had to fix shower myself. Towels bad. Saw inside of other rooms, which looked very good. Food is good, but service during meals non-existent. Parking gates never closes, so vehicles are not very safe. Training facilities is good. Noteworthy details: Wifi available.
The receptionist is not welcoming at all. The place is not clean, there were spiders in my room and spider web's by the wall unit. I coundnt sleep because of the the rats in the ceiling. My experience in Khayise lounge was not pleasant at all.Rooms: 1/5
Basic customer care was lacking. No provision of towels and cups for the whole week. Had to constantly request those and when they provided, a hand towel only and not a bath towel was provided. In the room I was in, only one electric socket which was used for the fridge and either kettle or TV. I struggled with charging I had to alternate so that I could work. Just a chair and no table for when one is working. I was working hunched on the bed. If you require assistance just know that you will have to wait the whole year before being assistanted. The place is beautiful but lacks customer care. Don't wish to see myself back there ever. Worst week I ever had.
This is another one that deserves a zero rating and no stars. When I checked in the person to assist was not available and apparently the guy who called her was told that none of the rooms are ready, later trying to check in I'm told I have to share what looks like a flat with a stranger I don't know. This was not communicated when I booked. The shower drainage is slow so water dirty water stays swirling around. This was the worst experience in my Mpumalanga tour I could not bear it to even consider breakfast here. Google should really give option to 0 stars
Place is clean but there are so much up and downs at the guesthouse, one wouldn't even feel safe.Booked the place for work one ends up not relaxing after work because of the noise made by other guests. I feel like they need to control their guests and set proper rulesRooms: 5/5

No towels. No aircon or electric blanket. Faulty TVs. Nothing to make tea or coffee with, not even a kettle. No Microwave. Generators don't work. Leaking basin. All of this for R850/night exclusive of foodService: 2/5
Very disappointed Shem 1.asked for double bed,I got 2 singles joined with bedding ended up falling in the middle 2.bath with cold water before I sleep and in the morning 3.someone opened the door with her key while I was still asleep Those single bed in room 30
The place is nice and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. The downside is then noise tht3 viditors ate doing through the day upto night time in their cars.....bula boot. No one answers at reception at night when one calls. I felt like I was in the noisy uncontrollable townships. Guys is it even allowed tomake such noise....really. For that I rate rhem low.
