Bad service is the reason people move to online shopping. Incorrect waiting time was given for a shoe sole replacement. Own instructions on slip was not followed, so had to leave shoes there again. It was just a trying experience. Also on the expensive side.
Great quality workmanship is what you will find here. They can even help with alterations or modifications to your pair of favorite shoes to revive them.
Service are very friendly and sufficient. Sometimes it takes a little long for the repairs to be finished and they forget to notify you via sms. But all in all I will recommend they their work are very good.Nice place
KDK Leatherworks has now written over 40 000 receipts for items to be repaired or made. 99.9% of our customers are very happy with the outcomes. Unfortunately we have failed to deliver in a few cases - mainly because of administrative oversights. We apologise for that. Our staff compliment has increased from 3 full time workers in 2011 to eight in the last four years and we will continue to do our very best.
After more as 5 weeks of waiting for a cellphone pouch to be made and every week to be told next week, I had enough of them. When I ordered and paid in full I was told 1 to 2 weeks.
This is a small shop with almost nothing in it. Cant imagine when they must help with repairs. No good. Rather go somewhere else.
