Our equipment purchased less than 6 months ago has warped and cracked and when reported to the manufacturer, this was the response: Appologies for delay in answering ,as factory was on annual shut down, we re opened yesterday. Warranties is an insurance which is addedaed to the costs of the product which the consumer pays for at an addational cost.As a lowerended cost product in comparison to ie. the cost of a motor vehicle was not called for as the conumers has the choice for addational cost in all instances. Some schools have insurances. What actually has taken place is due to our extremely hot, dry weather conditions at present drought due to lack of rain which results in shrinkage of wood // resulting in cracking and warping of timbers in this instant. What has taken place is beyond the consumers and manufactures control. My suggestions are as follows : The geometric box leave // waite till our climatic condition get back to normal // the wood will swell to its origonal +/- thickness // the minor crack can be then filled in with SAPine putty shoud it be found to be necessary. The Kitchen Unit // a Doors - will return to normal once our climatic conditions have change. B The top of the sink // stove plate area. Remove the plates and buttons for the intrem period also the top formica. Leave till our our climatic conditions have change and get back to normal. The above will be overcome only after our drought and weather paterns get back to normal. Regards Jack

Just shocking equipment of 12K paid in fill and nothing has been delivered. No correspondence has been acknowledged.
