Dealing with Richard Van Onselen was an absolute pleasure. Great phone etiquette and manners when dealing with potential clients. His valuation was honest and Sincere.He is a person that I would trust with my property sale.

Very disappointed in the service I received as a seller from KW Properties, Port Elizabeth. I never got any feedback from the agent about any clients he had taken to view our property, unless I asked. I received no updates and communication is appalling. I contacted the agency and expressed my disappointment and asked for feedback on my property, the person I spoke to assured me they would get back to me but they didn’t.

They must be pretty hard up to make a fast buck by desperate dialling random numbers in the hope that a property owner would engage with some stranger/ agent who picked their private number off a data list, seemingly obtained by unprofessional means, and from which the owner asked to be removed several years ago. Anyone who does this would never get my business if I was ever looking to sell my properrty - which I AM NOT.

These people and the company is scamm. and fake they took my money and never gave me the keys even today am still stark with the loan paying for a house that I never recieved,,

Very poor service and no support form their side when THEY put buyers under a wrong impression. My mother almost lost the sale of her house due to their negligence. Will not recommend them!

Just all round dissapointed, take sssooo long to get back to you, and then excuses like phone was on charge...
