I was Quoted R1000 for a Geyser element and an additional R800 for 8 tap washers. On arrival I was told that they didn't bring any washers and the geyser element would all of a sudden cost R1640 . Half an hour into the install I received a SMS to inform me that I was under quoted an additional R450, which would have brought the cost for the element replacement to R2000. After a very heated phone call I eventually ended up paying R1610.00 vat incl and still no washers . Awful experience
