So surprised to read some of the reviews on here. I turned up without notice - towards the end of the day and Ester created a gorgeous basket - which looked even better than the picture on their website. Which they delivered within an hour ! The team are really nice and their product is superb. Thanks John

Flowers got here looking half dead already , even when I buy flowers from checkers or Woolworths which are cheaper , they’re much better and last way longer . It’s been 2 days and they’re all dead , never again and I definitely won’t be referring nobody . I saw the bad reviews but I thought maybe people were just exaggerating, I should have listened.

Excellent service & wonderful flowers! I made a same-day delivery order & it arrived at the address on time & in perfect condition. Such a contrast to my experiences with other bigger companies! I will definitely be using Kenly Florist again in future.

The Kenly team did not disappoint in their delivery of a very personized service. Beautiful and fresh floral arrangements done punctuality on site. The personal touches they added contributed largely to a perfect wedding day. Thank you so very much to John, Christine and the team. I would highly recommend them.

i bought a voucher for flower delivery online. emailed the delivery date and address to Kenly. received an email confirming my order and was notified that the area for delivery was outside the "free delivery area" and i was asked to pay and extra R50.00 for delivery. which i did and emailed proof of payment. its has been a week past the date that the flowers were supposed to be delivered and not a word or apology from Kenly for not delivering my order. i feel that 1 star is actually too high of a rating for the pathetic service this florist provides.

Possibly the most pathetic service I have ever received. Contacted Kenly's a week in advance to arrange a Valentine's Day surprise. I followed due diligence to ensure that everything was in order. I paid upfront and followed up again the day before and was assured by Christine that I have nothing to worry about. On the 14th Feb, the delivery was not made at the agreed time anytime before 2PM and address and when I called the shop, the Manager, John took my call and was extremely dismissive and didn't seem to care one bit that I was an unhappy customer. He asked me what do I expect him to do on the most busiest day of the year for him? I told him that I expect him to do what I paid him for. He then said he will arrange an UBER to make the deliver to the alternative address I provided. I called about 10 times thereafter to follow up on the order, which eventually arrived at 7PM the evening, ruining the entire surprise planned. I will never use the services of Kenly's ever again especially since I didn't once get an apology or ownership of their mistake. Needless to say the flower arrangement was wilted and shabby looking when it arrived and certainly not worth the small fortune paid. They didn't even bother to add in the card with the personal message I requested.

John is incredibly patient and helpful. Their flowers are beautiful. Their prices are reasonable. I would recommend them for any wedding or function. They definitely go the extra mile...

Professional, great service!! I had to make 6 flower crowns for a Batchelorette night. I am so glad I popped in here, the owner stuck to my budget, advised me on which flowers would stay fresh for longer. He even asked what kind of look I'm going for & helped select the best flowers. He then showed me exactly how to make the crowns by making one in the shop. Thanks you! The girls loved the crowns! The "blushing bride" flower was a beautiful touch.

So far zero service! I purchased a voucher for roses that included delivery. The voucher clearly states to email or call in advance to secure delivery within 15km radius for free. Prior to purchase I emailed to enquire about delivery times and re my possible choice...response - nothing! 2 days later still no response I purchase the voucher thinking this may solicit a response from Kenly florist....advertised email doesn't work mail failure constantly, I call I keep being cut off or the line is engaged. As I live abroad it's not possible for me to go to Gardens and see what the story is..so I attempt several more messages via all social media platforms...NOTHING! I'm now stuck with a voucher from a company that is seemingly just a fraud. No refund as no one responds. Disgusted!

What an amazing experience and service! Everyone is super friendly and they knew exactly what I needed. Not to mention keeping to my very tight budget. They helped me create my vision and went out of their way to make the product even better! Best one stop shop for your flower and decoration needs!
