Service levels were fantastic. Without Keringa the move would have been a nightmare. Due to PEQ delays in bookings,cats were forced to board with Keringa for over two months. They sent us a handful of pics every single day not one day missed so we could see how well our babies looked and how much genuine love they were receiving from carers and handlers . This made a huge difference to our anxieties.

I started communicating with Danielle 3 months before I had a confirmed relocation date to Dubai. Danielle took the time to answer all of my 101 questions, and was patient when I would ask the same questions multiple times over!! As a living, breathing ‘helicopter mom’ to a Yorkshire Terrier and Chihuahua, the thought of relocating my girls putting them in travel crates for a minimum of 16hrs - check in, flight, customs clearance would send me into a complete panic. Danielle always did her best to reassure me that everything is going to be fine and that they are experts in their field! My girls landed this morning, tired and disoriented but tails wagging and SAFE! Thank you Danielle for everything!

Absolutely love this Kennel, I have been using Keringa since 2020. My dogs always come out happy, clean and well taken care of. The staff are attentive and feel like family. It's definitely worth the drive from the Northern suburbs.

Danielle assisted us in bringing our two dogs from South African to the Netherlands and I can not thank her enough.. She took so much stress away by doing her absolute best. We decided to go with Keringa-Petwings after doing months of research on pet relocation agencies and seeing all the amazing reviews they received. We unfortunately had a terrible experience with Keringa from the moment our deposit was paid. We got hardly any guidance on the process from our agent and had to continuously check in with them to find out what the next step is. Out agent was terrible at answering our questions and we had to update him on the different timelines during the export procedure from information we got from Keringa's competitors as he did not understand when certain processes should happen. The whole process with Keringa was extremely stressful and we are just grateful that our dog made it to NZ safely. Wouldn't recommend!

100% the best service experienced! Niveshan from the get go was extremely helpful. My husband has a service guide dog and even through South Africa has not updated their policies since 1984 and the world is still rather backwards when it comes to the persons need for their 'right hand' we are extremely grateful in having connected with Keringa Petwings. This is and will remain the company we make use of from this year forward as having this sort of professional help and super speed service is a real breath of fresh air. Recommend them highly.

It is always difficult to find the right person that would have the time to take care of your pets when you need to go away. After extensive research we decided on Keringa Pet Wings to board our three furry babies for two weeks. From the onset we were set at ease by the care and love for animals trom the receptionists aswell as the kennel manager and his assistants. We went on holiday with no worries about our babies. We received reports and photos of our kids on a daily basis. We could not wish for more. We could see from.the photos that our babies were being spoilt and given the best attention at all times. I recommend Keringa with great confidence. You could not find a better holiday cabin for your furry kids because they have only the very best to offer to any pets in their care. We now have a home away from home for our furry kids. Thanks Keringa you are the very best.
