I have had the most horrible and heart breaking experience with Keyworx property when purchasing my first property this year . The property I purchased has a tenant and I was Misrepresented on when the tenant will move out. I am now being told about Huur gaat voor Koop 1. I am not getting full rental money from the tenant 2. When I call my calls are not being answered 3.Come January me and my kids have no wher to go as my lease is expiring 31st December 2022. I am very heartbroken and disappointed i thought 2023 I will be moving into my house. I regret doing business with them. Guys be careful

Impossible to get hold of. Phoned the agent on Friday, no answer. Sent two emails. No answer. Sent a whatsapp and phoned again on Saturday, read it, but did not answer me. Phone the office five times answered the fifth, only the agent assigned can help me who refuses to take my calls. Ask for the owner of Keyworx number since I am not allowed to complain on social media, he only comes in on Thursday's and I can phone again then. Pathetic!! Lize came back and assisted after my review - thank you very much!

Property owners beware. Keyworx agent called today and preyed on the vulnerable for personal information about who occupies a property before disclosing the undesired marketing intentions of the call. *EDIT from 1 star to 4 star after response from owner: Had a good and friendly chat with the head of Keyworx and sensed that it was a good learning curve and I hope they can work to stand out from the common practices among property consultants and be known for ethical and honourable business practises.
