I am so furious because this is the second time I order something on the go and my burger was horrible once again. The taste of the patty was off, I had to throw it away and I was too afraid to eat the rest of the all star boxes I bought for myself and I couldn’t even go back to complain because I was travelling.
The milkshake was literally ice cream. The lady got our order wrong. When we got to the window to collect our food we only received our drinks and were told we had already gotten our food when we didn't. Very bad serviceFood: 3/5

Am so bored and annoyed, jst bought family treat and box master,in my surprise my box master was not packed in a paper bag the woman said management said thy wasting....had to carry tht box all the way from westonarea area to caltonville....am so bored yerr

This has become a NO zone lately!! I bought food, order was wrong, waited for 1 hour and a half. Food was dry and half burned! My daughter got chatted up by drunks and nothing was done about it! No way... KFC wont see us again!!!
Food was nice, store was good, staff was also good, their self service my order number doesn't appear on their screen. So, they must fix that. My only bigggest problem is their rest rooms are just not hygiene and for me hygiene is vital considering the state we in as a country and as a pregnant woman it's easy to catch infections, so, it was a no no for me.
