Pathetic service. I bought via Mr.D for collection and after getting the message that my food will be read at certain time, I went to queue on drive through that takes an hour to reach where you order. When I presented the order number I was told to go inside the shop to queue there since they can't help me from drive through...that time there are 5 more cars in front of me which are stationery. I had to wait another 10 minutes for the cars to finish receiving their order. When I go inside, guess what...the wrong order. Since they don't have what I ordered they decided to give me what they want. But why accept an order of something which is out of stock? KFC Phalaborwa is always having bad stories . If there was a button to rate zero I'd take it for this KFC branch.
They dont know their markets it was month end we stayed patiently on drive through for more than 20min as it was out tuen to buy we were told we must wait for 15min believe you me most of cars queeng there left.
The place is too small which makes it to be overcrowded most of the days I've been there......the service is very slow inside but drive-thru is not that bad.Food: 5/5
I had to wait more than 45 minutes on there drive trough it's like they don't have dadicated stuff to help people on drive trough there service it's very poorFood: 1/5

Good only just the ice cream machine is working like loadshedding sometime working sometime not.
Staff friendly, we are very happy with the meals we received.

I haven't had KFC for a while, I thought I ordered a colonel burger but got a wrap instead, I really hope that managers see the need that customer service and goods should improve. I used to love to go to KFC but it seems that some people perceive that the customers are dependent on them and not the other way around. I hope the improve
