A bought a milkshake that was too watery, had no straws and I got a spoon instead,found two strands of hair in the milkshake and the cup had no labelling!Food: 1/5

Their portion's are really small compared to their pricing. O yes and they don't give you your R0.10 change, that amount calculated by how many customer's equates a lot...

It's Ok. I'd advise you double check your order before leaving. Overall they're hardworking and try their hardest to carter to everyone despite the busiest times/hours.Food: 3/5

Why does KFC Employees never give us our 20c and 10c change really?  As little as it is, it is my money.  Kid-friendliness: It is situated in a very dodgy, busy and dirty place, not suitable for kids. No play area.

One of the employees threatened to  slash my tyres.  I had left my car at the joint's parking lot for 5 minutes to rush to a shop nearby. When I got back, the guard at the parking lot advised that I was not allowed to leave my car at the parking lot and leave the premises in which I understood where he was coming from, I then apologised and the guard was understanding. One of the employees, a tall, dark in complexion guy the walked from behind me and started  threatening to slash my tyres.  I normally buy from the KFC outlet when I'm in the Roodepoort CBD area, however I will not be doing so going forward due to the treatment.

Item left out from order. Chicken over fried and fatty.  Not able to eat the chicken. Piece of chicken on burger did not even cover half of the bun. Looked like a chicken strip on the burger. Chips  limp will not order from this facility again.

I was with my Family on the drive thru. I must say we were very pleased on how Nondumiso was very cheerful towards us.i loved the the service and she knows how to acknowledge her customers irregardless of the busyness the team go through.

I have ordered food from this kfc multiple times. Each time I have ordered there have been missing items and undercooked chicken. On 2 occasions received food poisoning. Please don't order from here, save your time, money and health. Rather order from kfc ontdekkers park, I have never had problems with them and are fairly close to this kfc.

Usually good service and food. Other times you wait long for your order and also have missing items of food.
